HOW CAN PRICES BE FAR BELOW THE MARKET PRICE?

We specialize in selling UAcollection.com, which are sourced directly from Chinese factories. These sneakers are produced using the same materials and by the same workers in the same factories as genuine sneakers. However, they are not officially licensed or authorized by the shoe companies. As a result, our sneakers are available at a much lower price than those sold in stores or by resellers.

What does 'UA' stands for?

Our sneakers are listed as UA. ‘UA’ stand for Authentic Unauthorized.

To increase the hype and prices of their sneakers major brands like Nike and Adidas only send limited quantities of sneakers to retail stores. The pairs of shoes left in the factory become an authentic unauthorized.

They are made in the same factory, by the same workers, and use the same materials as the authentic ones. It’s just that they haven’t been licensed or authorized by the shoe companies.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICIES?

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Take a picture of the items, then email us to confirm the return, you can return the item to us and we will make an exchange after passing an official inspection. Of course, we will not accept returns and / or exchanges if there is sufficient evidence that the shoes were worn outdoors. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment and can take up to 7 business days after receipt of the goods. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

I HAVE PURCHASED ON YOUR SITE BUT I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please inform us asap. We have an automatic order management system that is transmitted directly to the factory that produces the shoe you purchased. If the factory has not yet processed your order we will still be able to cancel it, otherwise we will not be able to accept your cancellation request and your order will continue to be processed.
In general, if you are unsure of the product you have chosen, we advise you not to buy.

CAN I RECEIVE A PHOTO BEFORE PURCHASING THE PRODUCT?

We will not send any photos before purchase. Doing this type of activity is very demanding and often those who ask for photos are just curious. Please do not contact us on whatsapp to ask for photos of your favorite shoes.
All photos featured on our site are authentic and were taken of the shoes from the same factories we will get your shoes from.
You can still get the photos for quality control after making the purchase, to authorize the shipment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

This depends on many factors: mainly on your country of residence and on the type of shipment you choose when checking out.
Generally with standard shipping you can receive your product in 10 – 20 days in the United States, Canada and Europe.
If you choose frees hipping, the average time is usually 15 – 25 days after receiving your payment.

For those who prefer a quicker delivery option, we also offer Insured Shipping with Tracking Code. This service guarantees that your product will arrive within 5 to 10 days, ensuring a speedy and reliable delivery. Please note that this service comes at an additional cost.
This is an estimate, there may be delays caused by national holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances beyond our control and for which we cannot be held responsible.

If you require expedited delivery and need to receive your shoes within a few days, we regret to inform you that we may not be the best option for you. However, we strive to provide timely and efficient shipping for all of our customers, and offer various delivery options to suit your needs.

I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A WOMEN’S SIZE BUT I CAN’T FIND IT ON YOUR SITE, IS IT AVAILABLE?

All our shoes have the sizes indicated in EU, US, UK, CM.
There is no difference between the men’s and women’s model. Factories do not produce different models for men and women.
So please refer to the measurement in centimeters if in doubt.
